Given the nature of this website, the various articles posted, and the myriad of podcasts that will be forthcoming on a plethora of topics, it is deemed vitally important for the perspective consumer of this site to be informed of what he/she is likely to see and hear on this site. In this way, the consumer can come to his/her own decision as to whether or not to proceed beyond this point. If the visitor to this site continues, he/she does so at his/her own risk, with a total awareness of the types of content herein, and on his/her own complete personal responsibility and recognizance.

This website is solely the property of and expresses the often frankly stated views, biases, and opinions of Dr. Stephen Mathis. Due to the many strong opinions and viewpoints that Dr. Mathis holds on a variety of topics both within and outside of the general field of mental health, the potential consumer of this site is strongly forewarned at this juncture. If the individual who visits this site has issues in his/her life that have gone heretofore unanswered or has persons close to him/her who are struggling with issues that might be covered on this site, that person might wish to check out one of the many topics covered on this site that are intended to educate, help, and, in general, get persons to “think seriously” about issues that have plagued Dr. Mathis for years and about which he is no longer willing to remain silent.
